PACKAGE 1
After confirming the location, type of property and budget (see quote request below with additional details), we will prepare a package of 5 different properties, along with information of the area, type of amenities available, schools, health centres, vets, shopping centres, distance to Airport, distance to beach, distance to main cities …
it is important that we will reflect in the price of the property, the costs and taxes to pay, community charges, any other costs of utilities, so you have a clear image of what you’ll need to pay after the purchase.
PACKAGE 2
We coordinate the viewings for you, collect you from the airport, arrange hotel accomodation and give you a glance of the surroundings so you have a better idea of the area, sometimes the property might be perfect but too far from the city centre where all the amenities are, or you might prefer to be far away from the city and stay in a more relaxed area.

PACKAGE 3
We negotiate on your behalf with the seller, we confirm all legal aspects of the property purchase, establish the deposit amount to secure the purchase, prepare all the documentation with the notary, and we will be present on the day of the signing in order to be by your side until you get the keys of the property.
